Rented with them from November 2022 to 2023. Only thing that I would say is that the maintenance team is really nice, the apartment is nice, and the price of rent is better than most luxury apartments.
However, like many other reviews. Avoid this place if you can. It is not worth the price of admission. Your peace and quiet is at times challenged. Here is why! The fact that most amenities are not open, under repair, or you are kicked out by security even if you are the only one in the play... room because he closes the area in thirty minutes and doesn’t want to get up from his desk again. From the noise of the train and its conductors blowing the air horn at all random hours. To random visitors who decides to take your parking spot and at 10pm when your come home, you are force to track down security so they can add a note to your car, and tells you to park in a handicap spot until the next day when management is made away of the issue. To the Internet that they charge you $79.99 but once or twice a week never works. To the dirty BBQ grills that tenant never clean up after use. To the garbage area being full of cardboard and at times garbage bags because your neighbor doesn’t want to take a walk to the garage to dispose of the trash that doesn’t fit in the compactor. To dirty carpets. To the aroma of cheap weed smelling hallways and elevators. To the loud music on the weekend near the pool area. To the pool being closed a few days during one of the hottest summer days. To the community computer being locked.

Be careful if you decide to NOT move forward with renewing your lease. Despite giving notice September 1st they attempted to charge me for the full month of November when my lease ended the 7th. Your emails and calls will be ignored. If you decide to wait to address in person when you turn over the keys, the will attempt to charge you a late fee. They will disregard any emails you sent to correct until the parent company Cambridge reaches out to them and forces them to correct the bill. They will then change the late fee to a repair fee which is double to amount of the late fee despite doing a final walk with them and saying your good and they had no issues with the apartment during turnover.
There are so many other luxury apartments that are better kept and you don’t have to deal with the ridiculous things I did during my time with them.

I love this this place! I have lived in many apartments and dealt with many property managers. The folks behind Vinty are undoubtedly the very best! Moreover, as a sucker for good design, the attention to detail that went into planning our home is unbelievable! I love hosting my friends here, and I love living here! 10/10 would recommend!!

Great units, but everything else makes this place not worth it. It stinks because tenants don't clean up after their pets. Management will tow a vehicle in your parking spot even if YOU park it there. No parking for guests or any additional cars unless you want to pay the city. Amenities do not work. Common area closes early, and secruity acts as if you are kids living in a dorm.
