My apartment is not what I was told it would look like except the kitchen cabinets. Showing a model home and getting something different is insane. The building is run down in aesthetics. For example the walls by the elevator are all dirty and marked up. The stairwell is so dirty where no one has painted the walls for years. Hallway carpets all stained. Garbage room walls and chutes all look run down. No “speed sign” in the garage so cars drive so fast where a driver almost hit myself and my dog... getting to the dog park. Apt doors are painted after use. There’s so much more as well. Overpriced for a complex who’s embarrassing to invite guests because how unaesthetic it presents itself !

Hi Natacha, it's unfortunate to hear this feedback. The model apartment is what we show our prospective residents when other floorplans are not available for showing. Our Leasing Professional explained all the apartment features during your tour as... well, as we have both renovated and unrenovated apartments. We have done an abundance of community enhancements over the past few years, including painting the hallways and shampooing carpets. Unfortunately, the upkeep on these areas is difficult to maintain with the heavy traffic we experience. Our janitorial team is consistently maintaining the common areas and shampooing carpets that have excessive dog urine stains, as much as possible. We plan to repaint/clean the trash rooms in 2025 as well. Please feel free to contact management directly to discuss any concerns further. Thank you and Happy Holidays

Brownstone is amazing and leasing office is so kind. I love the neighborhood and facilities of here brownstone. Everything is convenient and lovely.

I give the community 5 stars due to the great staff of the leasing office and maintenance staff.
The apartment/townhouses would be a 4 rating as there are areas that could be improved, such as the carpet, would absolutely love and need a bigger pool. The pool is too small especially when the adults are trying to enjoy the pool among the numerous children present. Overall the pool is too small to accommodate the amount of residents.
