Brownstone is amazing and leasing office is so kind. I love the neighborhood and facilities of here brownstone. Everything is convenient and lovely.

I give the community 5 stars due to the great staff of the leasing office and maintenance staff.
The apartment/townhouses would be a 4 rating as there are areas that could be improved, such as the carpet, would absolutely love and need a bigger pool. The pool is too small especially when the adults are trying to enjoy the pool among the numerous children present. Overall the pool is too small to accommodate the amount of residents.

The community and apartments seem nice at a glance but these apartments are far from luxury even though the rent prices are pretty high. All materials and fixtures used are very cheap and fall apart and breakdown frequently. The maintenance team cannot keep up with all the issues of the apartments and repairs are painfully slow. The apartments are also poorly insulated and electricity bill is always high. The street adjacent to the building, Nordhoff place is rather quiet on the weekends but... during the weekdays, there is surprisingly high traffic including large trucks. If you work remotely, it will drive you insane if you have an apartment that face Nordhoff. I really hate living here and cannot wait to move out.

Please feel free to get in touch if you'd like to discuss it with us directly so we can get a better understanding of the issues you... were having. I spoke with my Service Supervisor for more clarity here, and he mentioned that we replaced your washing machine with a brand new one. The only other work orders we received were regarding a smoke detector battery to be replaced as well as a stain on your ceiling, which was due to the new washer machine (this was not due to poor installation). Our team tended to this repair immediately and they are scheduling the ceiling repair with you. As mentioned, if there are any other issues that we are unaware of, please contact management directly at 201-871-8399.

I've recently moved here and so far; it has been extremely pleasant and welcoming. The staff is great and helpful. It's also very clean. The convenience of the shops locations is also great.
