We lived here at Riverbend for 1 year, while we sold one home and built another. This complex is very well managed and maintained. Mary and Maro promptly and efficiently take care of all needs. They make Riverbend feel like your living at a 5 Star resort. Our neighbors were friendly, respectful, and quiet. We, very much, enjoyed our stay here at Riverbend.

My family and I lived here in a Chatham model (2bd/2ba) for seven years. We would have stayed for much longer but relocated to a neighboring town for the excellent schools.

Pros:
- Mary is a polished professional and keeps the property running smoothly
- Mauro is a friendly super with a very competent and timely crew
- Grounds and landscaping is so good, especially in Spring with the cherry blossoms, the scenery could be on a postcard (or on Instagram)
- The azure blue pool, with music from... the speakers and plants and resort umbrellas strategically placed, makes you feel like you're staying in a resort

Cons:
- A couple of times a year, the power goes down for no apparent reason, for about 30 minutes

I had lived here for 4 years in the "Florham Park" , 2 bedroom. Bright, Sunny, Updated, safe --- peaceful to come back to home from work and sit in the balcony. Walked regularly to Chatham downtown.. great eateries.
Close to train station to NY,groceries, easy access to highway.

Mary is the person who you sign up with, she is the same person you escalate any issues to, and the same person who closes you out at the end of the lease. This means that she actually wants you to have a good experience throughout the lease (most apartments have different people selling you the lease versus the ones taking care of things for you later). This means you have a consistent experience with Mary. She is highly responsive, very attentive, and becomes your single point of contact...
