Great Place W/O Interior Improvements

Overall, the property is great. However, the rent continues to increase with no interior improvements. I am not sure how Sterling Properties can continue to make these increases without any interior improvements. The only Improvements are to the pavement and exterior of the buildings.

Very nice place

This is a very nice place to live. It's quiet and has great curb appeal. Marisol, the leasing manager was great. She was very welcoming, professional, kind, helpful, and thorough with any question that I had. I would highly recommend this place.

My experience

Now that I’m settled I wanted to take a moment and write a quick review. This area is a beautiful little quaint apartment complex. I had been looking in the area for a while and this place has so far been the perfect place for me. It’s clean and kept well. I love my apartment. The floors are gorgeous and bright, rooms are spacious for an apartment, love the layout, love the added feature of washer/dryer room (you don’t see that in apartments). The community seems to be very nice. Some neighbors... are very quiet some you hear, but when you choose to live in an apartment, sounds from
Other people and their lives obviously come with the territory. However, overall it’s normal compared to where I used to live. Lastly my experience with the renting process was by far the most professional and friendly service I’ve received. Marisol is the manager who had helped me every step of the way. She was pleasant and informative and kept me updated on the process from the time I inquired to move in day. Overall I’m excited to plant roots here.

They let anyone in here now

Used to be quiet. And well maintained. Now people who do not belong are here. Loud. Disrespectful. And unneighborly. Stay away if you think the price you pay affords you a quality life.

You can get more for your money.

Good luck with on-site management, there's rarely anyone in the office. Parking is terrible, if you ever plan on having guests forget about it. Even if you are given a garage, they aren't automatic or attached to your unit. Snow only worsens the parking debacle, and your car will backslide on that hill. The walls are paper thin, so if you have children, guests or even a significant other, the complaints are coming (yeah, embarrassing)!! The units are nice with plenty of storage. The gym,... playground, and grounds are kept nice. The only way to describe the super is disrespectful. You can definately get more in the area for your money.
