Leasing process was unorganized. Received multiple application links when trying to just add co-applicant. Scheduled move in date and was required to pay security deposit before inspecting unit. On move in day, went to inspect apartment and work still being done. Requested we come back later that day and sign lease and work would be done. Never went back. Unorganized and unprofessional in whole process.

Poor customer service
I've been living here since August '20 and the professionalism lacks along with the follow through of repairs. The recent renovations are already falling apart in the building.
