3 Journal Square is a great building with good amenities. The staff is helpful and very friendly. The building is very well maintained. Accessibility wise the location is right next to groceries store and PATH station.

The experience so far is really good starting from getting the appointment to visit the apartment to the lease agreement, move in and everything is so smooth. Every thing is good except the path train noice. It would be great if windows glass would have been soundproof. I like that path station is near by it help my commute to office.

Location is very best for me as i travel daily yo new York city. We have markets near by which has all the shops we need in our day to day life.
Building itself is good. Staff is grate and very helpfull.

Overall good experience. The location is close to path station. Clean environment inside the building, nice gym and friendly staffs. Quite convenient to receive packages.
