Although it can be a bit pricey for the area, management is responsive and usually stays on top of any outstanding issues. Maintenance keeps things clean, tidy & operational. I have dealt with some awful landlords living in/around NYC that practically never answered, and Hopkins has been one of the best I've experienced.

Horrible management company, no one bothers to address the concerns you will have during the stay, landlord is excessively rude and the property manager never responds to your calls/ emails. Maintenance fees would be charged from you, lots of hidden fees you will be subjected to once you have signed the lease - ridiculous! Worse than pathetic. Stay away from this management if you want you money to be safe and have peace of mind.
