Your company must be based in NJ, If not you will have to sign up for our RHINO insurance policy. We use the RHINO policy as an additional financial backstop needed to approve your application. This is a monthly insurance policy payment agreed upon by three parties, RentJerseyShore, the tenant, and RHINO. The way we use the RHINO policy amount is based off of your application, like having out of state employment, credit score and or income deficiencies, larger or multiple pets, etc. Rhino protects the unit against things like unpaid rent or damages to the apartment. We allow cats and small-medium sized dogs. We also have a 2 pet max and a pet fee. We require a 670 credit score per applicant. Shamrock Apartments-A Small Hidden Apartment Next To The Beach
Shamrock Apartments are literally located on the Oceanside of the main road. It's less then a mile from Brighton Ave (the college buzz area for The Monmouth University students). In the opposite direction, it's less then a couple of blocks from The Pier Village. With three blocks from the train station, you can go to the city. The NJ Transit bus route stops in front of the apartment.
The apartment complex is a bit dated but quaint. It's all electric with base floor heating. It has a... refrigerator and an electric stove. I suppose with all the accesses to the different local areas, it serves it's main purpose of just being an apartment (for one). The apartment is also, pet-friendly with a fee. The new management seems to be increasing the rent yearly by $25. I guess it wouldn't bother me if things were repaired as the requests went in.
I've stayed with this complex for years because I enjoy being next to the beach and don't require the thrills or frills of a modern apartment complex. It's also, very quiet 99% of the time.
