I absolutely love living at The Exchange on Franklin in manalapan. The community is warm and welcoming, and the amenities are top-notch. But what truly sets this complex apart is the exceptional management team, particularly Alexa and Juliann. They go above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels at home. From promptly addressing any concerns to hosting fun community events, Alexa and Juliann are always available and genuinely care about the well-being of residents. The complex itself is... beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and comfortable living spaces. My family and I love our new home! We enjoy the community and absolutely love the staff! Juliann and Alexa are simply amazing! They made my moving experience seamless! They were always there, pleasant and very helpful. Orlando is very nice and also made my move smooth! This is definitely a great place to live and an amazing community to be apart of!

So far so good. The staff has been very friendly and are knowledgeable in regards to the complex. They go out of their way to keep you up to date on events and are very approachable if you have any questions. The maintenance supervisor is especially helpful. He went out of his way to help me and that's kindness that you rarely see anymore. Some things are still under construction, but this complex has the potential to be great! I'm looking forward to spending many happy years here...
