I absolutely love living at The Exchange on Franklin in manalapan. The community is warm and welcoming, and the amenities are top-notch.
But what truly sets this complex apart is the exceptional management team, particularly Alexa and Juliann. They go above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels at home. From promptly addressing any concerns to hosting fun community events, Alexa and Juliann are always available and genuinely care about the well-being of residents.
The complex itself is... beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and comfortable living spaces. I feel grateful to call The Franklin Exchange my home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to live!
