Location in a quiet setting.
Located in a quiet,park-like setting in historic Matawan,NJ.Prospect Point apartments is conveinently located near mass transit,fine dinning,and an excellent,friendly,and quiet community.Its location on Lake Lefforts affords nice sunsets.

It's Eh....
The photos make it seem alot more updated. I went to check out one of the units the leasing manager left open for me and the kitchen and bathroom were old and definitely needed more than a facelift. The photos also make the space look much larger than it actually is. The location and views are gorgeous which is why I was so saddened that the inside of the apartment wasn't as wonderful.

Visited Model Home without Staff
It looked very nice on the site, in the pictures. The model we seen was being worked on with a worker in the bathroom. The living room was very big as well asthe dining area. The upstairs was very appealing, especially the his and her closets in the master. The bathroom was small, very condensed. The kitchen was extremely small as well.
