Nice apartments but...
I’ve lived here for almost 3 years. The apartments are nice, I personally like the open space concept and the fact that everything is new. Cons- no parking for visitors, they raise the rent every year without fail, and for the same rent , you can live in one of the luxury apartments in town ..do your research!

Not Enough Parking
1 spot per apartment. No street parking available. Only a handful of visitor parking that is taken by tenants. Location is great if you never have a visitor.
