Stay here more than two years. I am very mad for the apartment manager. The apartment has changed twice manager teams in last two years. It is very chaos! Your friends visit you must park the car in community outside the apartment, since guest parking always parked full by other residents who don't want to pay $35 parking fee. Cars parked in driveway always, you have to wait for them once you back to home. Sometime driver moved the car, but sometime cars blocked your parking spot and no one was... the car. Charged amenity fees but always dirty and smells.
When we moved in, the manager told us they didn't increase price for renew contract. However, they have gone. Our renew rate increased 6% last year since all apartment rate increased. However, it increased 12% this year???!!! Since the other apartment rate decrease? How come? Since you only want resident stay one year so you can earn the move-in and move-out fees? I won't pay additional STUDPID fee.
Suggestion: If you only plan stay one year, just ignore my words. Otherwise, take it seriously!

Wonderful place to live.
Apartments are spacious and beautiful. Quiet and very clean. The Lofts have a great sense of community. Property manager, Amanda is excellent and always responds in a timely manner. Any time that we have needed maintenance issues taken care of, Isaiah completes them promptly and is always kind and helpful. This is a really wonderful place to live.

LOVE IT !
I came back here 3 times before I made a decision , through it all the staff was very patient. I really appreciate that they did not rush me on my decision making process but was also there when I had a follow up question. Cant wait to move in !

The Management is Horrendous
The management here is horrendous. They're rude and unprofessional.
That is, if you can even get a hold of them. They don't have any posted leasing office hours, and it takes days to get any replies from them. It seems as if they work 30 minutes out of a week.
I originally visited here in December 2020 to view some of the apartments and was told that there was a 1 free month promotion that was valid for December, but since I visited during it, I could take advantage of it if I decided to sign... a lease after then.
Fast forward to now, and the person from the management office was rude when I asked to negotiate the pricing for the lease (citing that it wouldn't be fair to any other residents). I decided to drop negotiations and just ask for the original promotion, but they reneged on it.
My contact with the leasing office has been rude and condescending and was told in the end that I would not "seem like a good fit."
Would not recommend.

Pet policy
My main reason for choosing the Lofts was the pet policy. They really marketed their dog park. The dog park is open from dawn to dusk and not lit. Since I am usually working during these hours, it really isn’t a benefit. Management sends out constant reminders that you not allowed to walk your dog anywhere else on the premises or you will be fined. This means I have to walk in the residential area or get in my car and drive to a park that has lights. When you are lucky enough to be home during... daylight hours, you may use the dog park as long as your dog is on a leash and you are skilled at dodging piles of poop. The dog park is not well-maintained. The grass is often overgrown and full of poop and bugs. I am often hesitant to use the dog park due to health concerns. Note to the LOFTS: You wouldn’t see so many people walking their dogs in other areas if there was a nicer dog park. You also wouldn’t see so many people come and go if the expectations of the marketing were accurate. The turnover of tenants is out of control for a reason. (maybe it’s the dog park, maybe it’s the pricing, maybe it’s the limited parking, maybe it’s the threatening email reminders)
