Good experience so far. Great for dogs. Everyone is friendly. But need to do something about washing machine noise. Sometimes the hot water is not hot. Should consider changing the fob thing for door entry. Need to have buzz in ability for guests

I highly recommend Chancery Square. Awesome place to live.
Positives: The management is excellent and building location is perfect. Maintenance is very responsive and any request I’ve ever put in hasn’t exceeded a couple days, if that.
Negatives: The kitchen is a bit small and the dark floors show dust, but can’t have it all.

My experience here has been okay. The maintenance people are great and very responsive. The building is a little older so things break and there are some issues.
