The Morris-Elm apartments were very well kept and the living area was extremely nice. The location is close to many grocery stores and the hospital. The landlord and manager were extremely kind and helpful a all times, I highly recommend these apartments.

Terrible Wooden floors
Wooden floors makes you crazy, so much distracting and annoying for anybody who wants to work from home. Very unpleasant experience. Not a good quality for the amount of rent you pay. Not recommend at all

Small Space Living at it's Finest
I moved to Morristown in 2013 and found this small but affordable studio in the heart of town. You cannot beat the location- short walk to the train, bars\restaurants and shopping. Parking is private in the back lot-never have to worry about finding a spot. My apartment was bright and airy. The building and shared laundry facilities are well kept and clean. Management was always responsive and quick with any needed repairs. I would highly recommend this place if you are ok with small... space living!

Simple Studio
This place is great. The studio is a good size, my apartment was fully renovated upon my arrival. The Super is friendly and quick to fix anything you need! Close to everything- don’t need a car. Parking On premise if you have a car. Laundry room and storage in the basement. 10 minutes walk to train into Manhattan- Highway is less then 5 driving minutes away as well. Great grounds, well kept. Great decision I made to move to Morris Elm!

Amazing place to live - Close to town and train!
I moved into Morris-Elm in March 2017 and could not be happier with my decision. My studio apartment was the perfect size and very well-kept. The move-in process was so easy and the Leasing Office was quick to respond with any questions. The property manager, Zack, could not be more helpful or friendly when it came to any small issues I ran into. Having parking and being SO close to downtown Morristown and the train station is such an amazing perk. You're never more than a few minutes from a bar... , restaurant, shopping, etc. The grounds and the common spaces of the building are always clean - there is a brand new grill in the back, perfect for summer months! I highly recommend this place and would be staying here for the coming years if my job was not relocating me out-of-state.
