Inflated rent to live in what looks like run down gov. housing. There is dog poop, garbage and broken glass EVERYWHERE. Other people's patios have garbage and broken down furniture piled up on them. It's embarrassing. If you're sensitive to sound, do not bother for a second. If you get a downstairs unit, you can hear every single loud, creaking step the people above you take at all hours of the day/night. It takes weeks and several visits from "maintenance" to get anything fixed, if it even... gets remedied. They're a joke. Truly the cheapest and worst managed place I've ever lived.
