We’ve lived at the Quincy for over a year now and love all the amenities and management that works here. The building is cleaned frequently and very comfortable. The occasional disrespectful tenants and no cameras inside the building or parking garage are our only negative comments about this apartment community.

Everyone here is so friendly, the building is maintained so well, I absolutely love living at the Quincy. There are so many places within walking distance to enjoy in New Brunswick, I cannot wait to explore more.

The Quincy is a great community to live in. It is quiet and safe, has lots of amenities, including free coffee, gym, pool. The property is well maintained. It is fairly expensive, but on par with the market rate in the area. Very close to restaurants, the state theater, and the train.
