I lived at Textile Lofts for nearly 5 years (since it opened) and my experience there was entirely positive. The apartments are spacious and quiet, and the building was always exceptionally clean and well maintained. It’s also conveniently located close to the Path, NJ Transit and Amtrak/NYC. Management was always approachable and quickly addressed any concerns. I can sincerely say that it has been my best rental experience. I only moved because life circumstances took me to another state.

Don’t wanna leave!
I’ve been here for a year and I can sincerely say this is the best building I’ve ever rented from! The apartments are spacious with high ceilings. They are also well lit, surprisingly even from the railroad side. Very cozy, as well. The neighborhood is safe and quieter than other areas. Conveniently right off rt 21 and only a two-minute walk to Penn Station. The laundry facilities are cleaned daily and there is trash removal every day (even weekends so it’s rarely stinky). Management and... maintenance are very responsive and update tenants on any changes or slight inconveniences as soon as possible. They are quick to resolve any issues. The only inconvenience is the street parking. At times it’s a race to a spot. The alternate side parking Wednesdays and Thursdays can be a pain but it’s more than a fair compromise for this gem of a building!

Great apartment
I lived at Textile Lofts for two years before moving back to the suburbs. It was SUCH a great experience. The apartments felt very spacious and surprisingly quiet. It was so great being walking distance to Newark Penn, it made my commute into NYC a lot easier. The building was very well maintained, meticulously cleaned and the laundry facility downstairs was always clean. I had a great experience living here and would recommend it to anyone.
