First, I moved into a disgusting and filthy apartment. Maintenance is slow to fix anything. Random people can enter the building and viscously intimidate and be supported.

Safety is our top priority, which is why we have installed a security system and cameras, and only tenants are only allowed in with... a key fob. We also prep all of our units to be move-in ready when a tenant leases the space. If for any reason your unit was not to your liking, please supply the photos from the initial move-in so we understand what went wrong and how we can fix this for new tenants. Nice apartment, but residents packages and mail have been getting stolen for over 1 year and management has chosen to do anything about it. they refuse to put a camera in the mail room. The main entrance door has been broken for weeks and no urgency to fix it. Bottomline is management is unresponsive, but would gladly take your rent on the 1st of the month.
