I lived there for 2 years. My neighbors would fight and argue and I would be kept up at night. They also smoked inside and the smell would get into my apartment. There was also smoking in the leasing office. I hated to go inside to pay my rent.

I was a tenant in this complex for over a year and was content with all the amenities. I had no problems with anything. unfortunately my reason for leaving was due to my relationship. if I could I would rent here again without a doubt. the units are spacious and comfortable, laundry facilities are accessible in the complex and the units have heat and air conditioning.

Decent place if you really want to start on your own. Neghibors can be a problem when it comes to parking. Maitence is very poor and unreliable. Cops are always called too the apartment complex, bug problems. Not a good place for renting from, and very unsafe for children with a lot of robberys.

A nice place very cheap rent for anyone trying to start on their own. Neighbors can be a problem sometimes. Only other thing someone may find an issue is the colony of feral cats that live in the woods behind the complex, but they don't bother anyone.
