Apartment was pretty nice, staff is friendly, grounds are well-maintained. Living here was a pleasant experience overall, would recommend.

Going on 3 years living here with no plans to leave. Properties well maintained, super is very responsive and friendly. Our neighbors have all been friendly and respectful as well. We have never had issues with bugs or plumping problems or any of those head aches. Probably the only thing that will drive me to eventually leave is the fact that dogs are not allowed, but for the sake of noise and mess I understand why they are not. Overall, nothing but good things to say about Cloverdale!

Been living here about 3 years. I love the layout, my bedroom and bathroom are tucked away from the living area and I have a nice cross breeze when windows are open. I like controlling my own heat and having hard wood floors. The property is nicely maintained, not noisy, no dogs allowed. The super fixes things next day or even same day! Only thing I would like is a deeply cleaned and updated laundry facility.

I had the pleasure of coming to Cloverdale Appartments as I am looking for a three bedroom for my family in northern NJ, I was met by there property manager Terina, her friendliness and courtesy was amazing,she showed us the complex and discussed amenities and everything we needed to know to make us feel welcome, her knowledge and upmost professionalism was so amazing I have been looking for over a year and met numerous realtors and property managers and nobody made us feel more welcoming than... her. Unfortunately they didn’t have any three bedrooms but I still left feeling very happy with how me and my wife were treated. Read More
