1. Cheap construction. For a luxury building complex the apartments are terribly made. Be prepared to hear your neighbor upstairs on each and every step they take. Mine are also very inconsiderate, so I had to say something to management. He told me I need to send him a recording. Ridiculous request. Act like a property manager and not like a judge. Why would I lie about my upstairs neighbor being loud. It also took them a year to finish a lousy clubhouse. Also the parking lots have still not... been paved. Most of the parking spaces are under 6 inches of water every time it rains. And in the winter they become a skating rink. Very dangerous. The raised manholes are also destroying my cars. 2. Maintenance is very poor. It took them 2 months to replace an AC capacitor on my HVAC unit. I was lied to several times. The maintenance team made several entrances to my apartment, each time they told me different things. They just ended up making a mess because they did not take off their muddy boots. After it was fixed, they locked the HVAC unit door implying that I had to do something with it failing. How presumptuous. 3. Management will never enforce any of the rules on the contract. People leave all kinds of stuff in their balcony from plants, to trash. There are bicycles on staircases that are left there for months. Random people will park their car in front of your door and they will not move it for months. Probably because they don’t live there. This place is also supposed to be a non smoking community, but be prepared to smell marijuana in every inch of this place. We basically live under a marijuana cloud. 4. Security is non existent. This was advertised as a gated community. After almost a year and a half, still no gate. All sorts of sketchy people come in and out of here. Ive had packages stolen and lost. There are cameras in place but they do not work.

Horribly Managed & Cheaply Made
This place is an absolute disaster. They told us originally that the pool and gym AND GATED ENTRANCE would be done in JUNE/JULY when we moved in April. It's still not anywhere close to being finished. They used the cheapest possible contractor to build this place and you can tell. Nothing is made right there are chips all over the place, they couldn't even paint properly. You have to walk miles to take out your garbage which I think is just absurd. We pay a fortune to live with sketchy people... and a poorly built/ poorly managed place.

Do not move in here!!
The apartments look amazing but they are so cheaply made you will hear stomping in every step your upstairs neighbors take. Also the Appliances are the cheapest GE you can find. Management is unresponsive to issues. Maintenance crew were ok.
