Excellent experience living in here. Proximity to groceries and restaurants. Proximity to bus stop to NYC. Easy access to downtown/town center.

The complex is clean and the staff is great. The maintenance team is very friendly and if there is an issue, they resolve it quickly.. They keep the building safe and do preventative maintenance care.. The amenities are good as well.. and It’s pretty quiet you don’t hear much noise when you’re inside the apartment.. The neighbors are also very friendly. Everyone kind of just keeps themselves as well…

5 days into moving and the experience and the attention the staff provides is outstanding. The building is always clean and welcoming. Best choice we made was moving here.

The Harper is a great place. Love my neighbors and the animals. There has been certain individuals not do their part or have not nice disposition's, but not all. Once they are told correctly then many of them do what is right. Some had to leave due to not following the right way of acting etc. The staff helps the best they can and maintenance is excellent.
