The five star rating is well deserved as the Property Manager, Jaylynn, is simply a consummate professional, with a very kind disposition. Jaylynn attends quickly to requests, and she communicates extremely well in helping clients in all business matters. Jesus, who manages the service side of maintenance, also is a five star worthy individual. Jesus is extremely dependable and always responds in a pleasant manner. He is simply a get it done type of person with a smile. We chose to live at the... Ocean Aire Apartments because the property is well maintained, and staff exhibited a management style of simply caring about its residents.

Very Comfortable!
Super is on site and works tirelessly to keep everyone happy and to always get whatever needs to get done completed in a timely manner . He can pretty much do almost anything . Love living here and feel very save and happy with the most of the people I’ve met and think it’s a special place to be able to live !

Best of the BEACH!!
These apartments are the best of the best, on so many levels. The apartments are spacious and open, clean, with balconies and green grass, a POOL (with a real lifeguard!), ample parking and an overall sense of "community." This complex really is the BEST in the area, its in the perfect location, near major roads (Rt. 71 & Rt 35) but just far enough where it is always quiet..and 1 mile from the beach which you cannot beat. A bike ride to the boardwalk is such a treat coming from here. It is... located across the street from a golf course, walking distance to parks and a playground, and also walking distance from major markets and shopping plazas. LOCATION!! I lived here for years and it was superb. If you are looking to relocate, this spot is quality jersey-shore, beach living in a safe, secure spot managed by people who are not your average landlord.. you feel like you're home. Five stars across the board!! Thank you!

Almost Perfect
Its a beautifully landscaped and maintained complex of 2 story garden apartments with a lovely pool and helpful staff. Apartments are good in size with hardwood floors throughout. Very friendly neighbors. I love it here!
