Gorgeous Garden Style Apartment all new!!2 Bedrooms plus den, looking for a long term rental furnished or unfurnished. Presently furnished. Move in condition. Must have good credit score 700 and above, proof of income. No pets no smoking. 2... blocks to beach, wonderful area restaurants, boardwalk close by. All utilities included. Cable and wifi tenant's responsibility. Back yard. Barbeque. Its just perfect!!! The apartment is 975 sq. feet of living space with large closets. In addition, there is 108 sq. feet (9’ X 12’) of interior storage area and 60 sq. feet of exterior storage. The space consists of two bedrooms (one with queen size bed and large dresser and one with full size bed and two dressers), a living room (sectional sofa, with queen size pull out bed, reclining chair, end table, and new wall mounted 65” TV), a laundry (with new full-size GE washer and dryer), a den (with leather sofa, chair, end table, desk and new wall mounted 65” TV), and kitchen/dining area, with all new cabinets, quartz countertops, all new GE energy star appliances (gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal). The dining area has a table which seats six and a hutch for microwave, wine bottle rack, and extra storage. There is also a pantry with significant storage The apartment was completely gutted and remodeled with the goal of an energy efficient home and low utilities bills. This was achieved through high efficiency windows (new high efficiency Pella widows throughout); new Mini-Split HVAC system with 5 independent zones; a new large capacity tankless hot water heater, spray foam insulation on all external walls, and other areas to seal gaps to the upper floors and outside; soundproofing and fire resistance stone wool insulation in the ceilings. Also, for better soundproofing, the ceilings are finished with double 5/8” sheetrock and interior walls single 5/8” sheetrock. All electric and plumbing is new (inside and outside). All work was performed with the proper permits bringing it up to or exceeding current building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing codes, and passed all required inspections by the city. The apartment is wired for internet and cable TVs. The exterior of the property has good lighting and security cameras for the back and two sides of the house. There is a nicely kept back yard with new barbeque grill, for use by the tenant.
