The maintenance and cleaning crews are awesome however the management group/ owners are not.
Elevators are always broken. Complex is more than half empty and the management group wouldn’t work with us on renewing our lease more than 15 months. Now they are doing longer leases. Only pleasant person in the office recently just left.

Hamilton cove is an amazing place to live. Its in a great location . I love my apartment . Maintenance is always on time and professional. Management office is always helpful. Im happy to be part of this community and my cats love it here too

BBQs are terrible, some floors are very noisy. No referral program, no event for young adults. delivery guys can't find the entrance, it would be nice a better sign
