Despite the long process, it went well in the end. Lets see the next experiences. The only point I would recommend to revise is: we took a 18 months contract, so the incentive should be 1.5 free months, as 26 months contract considers 2 free months.

I recently moved into Stone Hill, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The architecture is modern and sleek, blending beautifully with the surrounding neighborhood. The amenities are top-notch, featuring a well-equipped gym and a stylish indoor and outdoor lounge area.

I want to extend a special thank you to both the move-in specialist and the concierge team. The move-in specialist made the entire process enjoyable and efficient, ensuring that everything was in place for my arrival.

So far my resident experience has been very positive. Neighbors are friendly, lots of cure doggies, front desk staff is very helpful and friendly and maintenance calls (all minor) have happened quickly.
