How Is This Rating Determined?

No one cares

I don’t know how they call this a luxury building. The unit is not even 3 years old and kitchen/ bathroom look horrible. Paint job is poorly done and pain drops all over the floor.
What prompted me to write the review is the elevator has been beeping non stop every 20 seconds with communication failure sign for the 4 day/night. I can hear it in my apartment, so just imagine that. Been calling maintenance every day - they don’t care.

Becoming unpleasant.

I’ve lived here for quite a while and it’s been great but recently I’ve noticed the front door to the lobby has been unlocked and uninvited teens have come in. It has been very unpleasant as they play pranks knocking on doors and using the workout room in an inappropriate way. I would feel safer for my family and me if the front door was always locked only allowing people who live in the building to get in. Another issue is that its summer and it is starting to get very warm and more unwanted... guests are arriving. My family and I keep our apartment spotless and very clean but recently I was walking down the hall to get to my apartment and I saw what looked like an infestation of inchworms as well as centipedes. I do understand once it gets hot some unexpected guests will arrive but the amount I’ve seen in the past 24 hours is unrealistic.

Great Building!

My fiance and I were some of the first tenants to move into the building when it first opened last summer. Coming from Manhattan, one of the reasons we chose this building was the distance from the train station (quick walk across the street!) and easy access to the downtown area where all of the shops and restaurants are. The management company has an office in the building, and along with the live-in super, everyone has always been very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The building... is very well maintained, and the amenities are great for the price. The building even has a complimentary coffee station in the lobby, and hosted a holiday party in the common room so tenants could meet each other which was a nice touch. If we weren't relocating due to a new job opportunity, we would definitely be re-signing our lease. We have loved living in this building and definitely recommend it!

Great apartment

This apartment complex is clean, spacious, new, and right across the street from the train station. The landlord and management staff are very responsive to concerns and questions. This was an easy stress free place to live without unnecessary bureaucracy.

My favorites parts:
- New gym with yoga room, almost always empty
- I've never heard my neighbors once, and I've never been disturbed
- Rooftop which has a grill, and party hosting room
- In garage parking, with big spaces to easily fit...
your car
- easy access to the town of Westfield and the train

Westfield does not offer many modern apartment buildings in walking distance to the town-if you want to commute to NYC or have a quick walk into talk, I recommend this apartment.

Disappointing.

This building was pretty awesome when there were just a handful of residents here. Now with so many people moved in, it's become very noisy, as the walls are incredibly thin. You can tell the building was hastily built and with cheap material. The gym, rooftop, and lounge areas are very nice. Parking is easy and convenient, but pricey. I don't plan to stay here more than 2 years, and thanks to a noisy nearby neighbor, may consider leaving after just one. :(
