Bad experience getting worsen

This apartment building manager is very rude, never listen and if put some tickets for repair, forget it.Small space and outsated appliances, biggest issue is that 2nd floor if talk or do anything you can listen it clearly so no privacy.Hopefully things change and we can move out of here as due to covid.I jave seen so many people in my neighborhood left and most of the time same issue that manager dont listen and if you can't repair anything its bad management at the end

Small, outdated and worst maintained

Worst experience ever, the manager is so rude and if you open a ticket they will find excuses not to fix it.its very small place and 2nd floor neighbors if they talk you can listen it clearly.also police comes often and for the rent its not worth It here, water pressure is not same all the time plus AC and windows are so old and if you ask for replacement manager will make you feel like she is doing some charity.

Love this place!

I love this place. I am a long time resident at Laurelton Village. Office ladies are very nice. maintenence is very helpful and attentive. I live in a very quiet section and have very friendly neighbors. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family.

Love my home

I have been residing in Laurelton village for 5 years. I have been through two property managers and though they were very different people, I have no complaints about anyone in the office. They go above and beyond for the apartments, so to state that the workers are lazy is wrong I feel. Many times I have seen the girl who works in the office handing out flyers on her day off, they do stuff all the time it feels like, with prizes and activities for the kids and adults. The maintence, though... I have had to wait a while for something to get fixed, once it was done, I never had a problem with them either. They were very polite in entering my home and they always say hello as I drive by them. no apartment is perfect and the same apartment is not for everyone, however, I honestly have no complaints. If I could suggest one thing it would be assigned parking spots. My kids love it here and I am happy with my home.

Re: Renter's nightmare!

I don't remember having a maintenance problem, but I did here others do. In regards to the last comment yes it is true with many other problems. Parking is horrible you can never get a spot in front of your door and I have only one car. You hear everything your neighbor is saying and doing. Not enough of cabinet space in the kitchen unlike the other Apartment Complex around here. Very small Apartment. I heard about the mice, bats, squirrels, roach, bed bugs, centipede, millipede, spiders, ants... and dont forget the carpenter bees all over in front on the doors. Office staff are not professional at all, Tammy tries to be the tenants friend and lets the tenants walk all over her and don't follow the rules in the Lease. As for Dory she is Rude and Lazy, every time you go in the office she is on the PC shopping online, on her cell phone or stuffing her face with junk food with crumbs all over the desk and or on her. Also, Dory's appearance sometimes is very distasteful not at all appropriate for an office. Hope this helps! Good luck with your search.
