We love our new home everyone has been friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our apatment is very nice and clean, updated and easy to park close to our place. The staff have been very helpful and friendly. They respond quickly with any needs we have.

Arrowhead point office has great staff and maintenance and they care and keep the grounds clean and a very friendly to deal with. I like the way the office puts on special occasions for tenants to participate in

I haven't moved in yet so I can only rate my experience so far. Application process is easy, Matt is super friendly and professional, walking the community it looks clean and is quiet. Will update more as soon as I move in.

Still have holes in the fences. But the new color of the apartment building is nice and enjoying this winter season... but still unsure if I would recommend this place to anyone
