Very friendly staff, staff cleaning all the areas daily. Makes sure the trees are trimmed. Always a good vibe going into the office to ask about maintenance checking on problems that occur. Enjoy the area and my dog is super excited to roam the area with no incidents. Great place to live

I have nothing but positive comments about the excellent staff here at Arrowhead point Apartments. They go up and beyond to help you and make you feel welcome. They Repair your issues in a timely manner and are conscientious about the landscaping.

Office staff is friendly. Maintenance work orders are done in a timely manner. Dog friendly is a plus for me and my emotional support animal.

Lived here for 2 years. Security was awful the gates were never closed and cars often were stolen or broken into. Roaches were very common. The walls had holes, cabinets were broken and peeling.
Worst of all, maintenance seemed to be against me. The washer/dryer hookups were corroded and leaking into the bedroom. Maintenance promised renovations that never came, then charged for the carpet removal that had molded at the end of the lease. When the refrigerator stopped working, maintenance... peeled up the vinyl pulling out the fridge right before my eyes. Then charged for that as well.
Combine that with the rent raising 100$ each year, I've definitely learned not to trust the landlords again!
