Such an amazing community and I’ve only been here for 2 months! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming while I was moving in. Management does everything they can for the tenants!

Really nice apartments with great amenities. There are a few families as well as young adults that live in the building and it’s a pretty friendly community.

Love the community , amenities and atmosphere. The staff is responsive and helpful when needed . Clean around common areas. The parking is a bit tight and free spots get filled quickly .

I’ve been living at Broadstone Nob Hill for a few months now and absolutely love it. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. My favorite part is the pool area—it’s clean, spacious, and the perfect spot to relax after a long day. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great community to call home!
