Broadstone Nob Hill provides the best opportunity for rental living in the heart of Albuquerque's best pedestrian-accessible shopping and entertaining along the storied Get-Your-Kicks-on-Route 66 Nob Hill neighborhood. The management team, amenities, and facilities are first-rate for the price point.

The management team at Broadstone Nob Hill earns my 5-Star rating for this property. Their commitment to maintaining a safe and lively living environment, responsive to maintenance, lease, and other issues is tops along with the community amenities among other variables. The property is ideal for renters who want to experience the best pedestrian-accessible heart in ABQ with cultural, entertainment, dining, medical, airport, public transportation, freeway, and university-related radvantages... nearby.

The property management team –– Kristy, Ana, and Jose –– continue to do amazing work managing the Broadstone Nob Hill property for their tenants. They are quick to respond to my questions and needs and worked with me to change units and lease terms at the end of my lease and the start of a new one to accommodate my situation. I recommend people strongly consider leasing their next home here at the Broadstone.
