these pictures are old!!

check out in person!! not the same ..pool not open at either here or Rio Volcan as advertised ..says gated community. Gates have not been closed in 2 yrs maybe more. back gate chained up an is a fire hazard. There Is NO COURTESY PATROL past 5 yrs

So disappointing

I lived at Canon de Arrowhead for 1 year when I turned in my letter stating I was leaving I was told on that day to have a staff member do a walk through. I went to the office and asked the staff which was Debra. She was so rude to me and so unprofessional! I guess since I wasn't going to be a resident she didn't have to be professional. I guess it was her true colors. She was mad I asked her to do a walk through. She refused to answer questions and said I don't know to everything we asked... during the walk through. When I received my deposit it was only for 125 and I paid 300 the apartment was left in better condition than I moved in! I called and the manager said she's going to look into it. She never called me back. I called her and they would ask who was calling and then said sorry she's busy!!! Every time. I called three times. No one ever got back to me. I took a video of the apartment before I left but my recommendation to you is make sure you have them sign a letter saying your getting your full deposit after your walk through. They charged for cleaning? 100$ I had it cleaned better than I moved in, and carpet cleaning 75$ for one room and I had it cleaned? Maybe some one who reads this will finally get back to me?
