Love my apartment and the area, convenient to everything Raleigh Cary Durham. The pool and staff are always helpful, Bekah is amazing. It’s a peaceful and serene place. My opinion is that it doesn’t seem to be insulated for sound transfer. I can hear everything and everyone coming and going. My A/C serves as white noise and once the trees are mature enough to buffer sound. The trash valet is a great feature. The pool is gorgeous and there’s a lot of lovely people here.

Milo staff are courteous, skilled, and diligent. When I had a serious issue (based on neighbor rather than the facilities), they worked hard to make it work for me, and it does. I am very happy living here.

Milo has done the best job ever helping me with my disability by allowing me a ground floor apartment, making sure that I got one of the newly renovated units and the leasing team made that all possible. Thank you!!!
