The apartment I rent has a thoughtful open layout I did not see elsewhere. The variety of floorplans means you have more choices at Quincy depending of course on availability. The attached garages for most units are convenient and not common for apartments in this area.

My sister and I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 15 years and love the area. Yes changes happen with what the economy is today. However, we are doing our best to stay here and really enjoy meeting our new neighbors. The office personnel and maintenance team are very friendly and work hard to address the tenants issues.

Its a beautifully kept community and the staff at present are easily reached and attentive to your needs . The apartments are well laid out and convenient to nearby shopping. My apartment design is full of light .
