Peaceful apartments with close access to Smith’s Shopping Center and Academy Hills Park. Ample parking space. A lot of greenery and park area inside the apartment.

This apartment complex is probably one of the best I have ever lived in. It is so quiet. The staff is nice and helpful. The apartment feels like home, and the community is so nice.

Overall it's quiet. Took them almost a month to answer my maintenance requests. Need a new microwave and who knows when I'll get a new one since they have to ordered a new one. I have put in concerns Abt a neighbor nothing is being done.

I have really enjoyed my time at Spring Park - the staff is friendly and prompt to respond to issues, I LOVE my floor plan (A2U) with lofted ceilings, a sun room and a nice amount of space for one resident, and I really like the area, namely the proximity to several great coffee places, a grocery store and a very pleasant park. The courtyards have a nice amount of green space to enjoy, and the people are generally really friendly. I'd just wish the pool was open for more of the year - it's a... nice space, and I'd like to enjoy it more!

Great location, easy access to all places in Albuquerque, pretty quiet except for week-end street racers. Good maintenance upkeep to apartment.
