My time living here was from Aug 2020 to 2024. The rent went up SO much every year I could not afford to save up to move out until now. If you want to pay rent online it's an extra 18% "convenience fee." These are just awful apartments; please do not live here. I can not get the office to reply to my emails or maintenance requests. In fact I submitted two just recently, they canceled one and marked the other as complete even though no one had stopped by. I pay a LOT per month to live here and I... end up doing my own maintenance and spending my own money to fix appliance issues. Upon moving out I was tempted to take my light bulbs and fixtures I've put into the apartment. Every time I email the office a question it goes unanswered. I feel completely ignored by this place. The water is shut off CONSTANTLY, and at random times for "work repairs." I get about 3-4 emails a month about water shut-offs. The AC/Hot air is controlled by the apartments and they have the AC off from mid October to mid May. Yes, May as it's 80 degrees outside and it's even hotter inside. I had to get a fan so I wouldn't be sleeping in my own sweat. The apt I had had not overhead fan, no light in the bedroom, no washer/dryer. I paid too much for the apartment and did my own maintenance and had to pay for laundry. I had a BAD roach infestation in the kitchen and the office did nothing; I put down my own roach killer that worked. There was black mold in the bathroom. I'm in the process of moving out and I'm concerned about the hefty extra fees they may send my way. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

DO NOT LIVE HERE
Maintenance staff lack the ability and knowledge to fix any defective issues. Their professional response is “we’ll come tomorrow” and they never show up at expected and promised time. I’ve lived here for 2 years now, hoping for a positive change but continue to see very poor communication with staff and unprofessionalism. Do not live here or you’ll experience the countless vehicle break-ins, gun shot outs, water shut offs, maintenance smoking cigarettes in your apartment and smelling badly with... cigarette smell. If you choose to live here, you’ll probably also get a chance to see a body bag like I did a year ago in front of the office. DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE OR CALLING THIS PLACE HOME! Staff is untrained, rude and unprofessional!

Please do not move in here. I am not sure who they paid to have a high rating on this website but it is not accurate. Go talk to any tennant. Daily water shut off, mold in walls, roach problem, poor security. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE especially if you like running water.

Highly recommended to not live here
I lived here for 3 years and every year there is a new set of management and staff. Staff right now seem to be decent, but the water here is continously shut off without notice and especially at 6pm. Washer and dryers do not run properly here and if a resident encounters a problem they have you call the 1-800 number on the washer & dryer. Even though it looks beautiful on the outside the appliances are very old unless living in an upgraded apartment. Crime here is moderate, multiple cars have... been broken into and parking is crowded at night. They recently established a locked gate to get into the complex without notifying residents so on occasion I had to wait outside with groceries to be let in. As far as picking up parcels, packages the office does not accept them and you have to drive to the post office to pick up your items.

AWFUL!! DO NOT MOVE HERE
The worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. They do not care about their residents. Takes weeks to months to fix something. Charges secret fees in the end. So many times they were in the wrong and didn’t even bother to try to make it up. The worst experience ever.
