Misleading and Makes returning your deposit a hassle
I applyed for residency and paid the 45 dollar app fee and the 100 dollar deposit. I was denied and thats no problem. A ton of reviews online say they wont return the deposit and make a bunch of excuses to not give it back. And i assumed it was just a bunch of disgruntled people upset about being turned down. So when i asked when my 100 dollars i paid would be returned i was told first in 3 to 5 business days it will be put back on my card. On the third day I decided to call the property manager... and make sure that there wouldnt be a problem with it and i was told it would be there by the end of friday. Now this morning, the 4th day, they emailed me asking where they could send me a check. They are misleading and have lied multiple times now. Renter beware.
