Skyview Terrace is the newest apartment community in Hobbs! We are income based and rent is determined based income. Community amenities will include recreational areas for children, management/maintenance and service coordination office space, laundry room, a community multipurpose room for resident events and social service classes, including space for computer classes. Units will be made energy efficient (HERS 65 or better), with washer/dryer hookups provided in each apartment unit. All apartment units and common areas have been designed using Universal Design principles.
