This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly.

I signed a lease and paid a security deposit for an apartment back in June, and followed their policy to get out of it within three days of signing and was able to get my security deposit back (I got a better job in a different state and would no longer be moving there). Jennifer and others were very helpful at first- they messaged me to get the address to where I wanted my security deposit sent on June 6. These messages were being delivered by text so I wanted to call and give my address over... the phone, and I did that June 6. I checked in after about ten days to see where it was. I wasn't provided tracking info until June 23, which showed that it never made it to me because my address was not provided. I emailed Jennifer asking for more information, no response. On June 28 I called to speak with Jennifer again, they told me she would call me back. She never did, and so I called again and they said she left for the day. I finally got in contact with Leslie at their corporate office Crestline on June 28 who was very rude, talked loudly over me the whole time. On the phone after she finally let me get a word in, I explained the situation and she agreed that the check was not addressed to my home address, but instead to the apartment I was never living at... She agreed this was an error made by the check owners and was going to contact them on my behalf to ask them to waive the fee to send a new check (how kind). Instead of calling me back she messaged me through the messaging app saying she had already issued another check and had the fee waived. I messaged back asking for express shipping and she replied "This error was made because the forwarding address was not given on the moveout request," which is not true. When Tuscany Villa and Estates mailed the check to me they did not put the correct address and tracking was not provided to me until weeks later. I understand shipping delays and mistakes happening. But gaslighting the customer because you can't take responsibility for making a mistake is unacceptable. If I were you I would not rent from Tuscany Villa and Estates in Las Cruces because this is just a glimpse into how communication with management would be. And their corportate office Crestline should record their calls for quality assurance purposes because I sure wish I had a recording of my call with Leslie.

The management here is not helpful at all. All they care about is taking your money. They were so nice until after we moved in then they were rude and disrespectful . It's just not worth the hassles. I do not recommend that you move here . Save yourself money and sanity!

Great view of the city, amazing trail in the back of the apartment, close to shops and restaurants but still in a private area. The common grounds are well kept and the staff members are friendly. This is one of the best apartments in the Las Cruces area.
