Property Details

This is an older house that has been totally re-done. It seems sustantially larger than the listing size. The location is on the west side of Carson City within a block of Fritsch Elementary. The house is shaded by many large trees, keeping it... much cooler than most houses here – in fact prior to my purchase last year the house had no A/C and even on 100 degree days, I have used it very little. In addition to the wonderful shade provided the yard boasts a number of fruit trees. The front yard is grass and would be a great play area; the back is entirely fenced and has the fruit trees, a covered outdoor kitchen that incudes a propane Weber Genesis grill and large patio with a table and chairs to seat six. Inside there is new paint, flooring, cabinets, tops, appliances and on and on. The open plan kitchen is a chef's dream with farm sink and granite, smoothtop LG range, Amana microwave/hood, Kenmore Elite french door refrigerator, and super quiet Jenn-Aire dishwasher. There is a laundry room with hook-ups but you would have to provide a washer and dryer. The living room is large and features a very efficient wood burning fireplace insert and French doors to the back. Adjacent to the living room/kitchen is a large bonus room that can be used as a formal dining area, or an office or has even been used as a bedroom. Going the other way from the great room is the hall bath with a tub/shower and two faucets and the three bedrooms including the primary with attached bath. All the bedrooms have custom closets. The third bedroom is quite large and has windows on all three sides. There is a two car garage with lots of storage. This is a great house!
