As I have stated many times before: I love Alma and I hope to renew my lease for more years to come (my family rents 2 separate units).

Alma isn’t a horrible apartment, however I do not enjoy living here. There are too many rules and no one enforces them. It’s nearly impossible to sleep or get any quiet in my apartment due to my neighbors. I feel like whoever made these apartments rushed and was only thinking about profit when creating a 3 story apartment. You hear literally everything right above you and it will drive you insane. So yes they look nice on the outside but it’s not peaceful at all.

I have been a resident of The Alma for a year and will most definitely renew my lease. I love the amenities and location to restaurants and shopping, not to mention the view of Ethel M's botanical garden when it's lit during the holidays. Shay the office manager has been here from day 1 to assist with all my residential needs! All apartments have issues when neighboring with others, but Shay makes sure my requests are valued and attended to. She's the best!
