Martinique Bay was a pretty good place to live, the part I love the most is all the trees and plants on the property. They do a very good job with the landscaping.

I have been here a year and I must say it’s been pleasant, pool ALWAYS CLEAN , staff Joe and front office and all the maintenance guys are great ! Easy to talk to and always resolve any issue or concerns I have had ! It’s been so far a great living experience I have no complaints! Apt 2523

Martinique Bay is a great place to live. Especially as a 30 year old with a roommate. The location is my favorite part. Right off of sunset and green valley. And you get to drive up and down beautiful High View Drive every day. Nice communities around it as well. Very convenient area. Grocery stores and entertainment all around. I also love the amenities. The pool and gym mostly. I love that there’s 2 gates and 2 entrances. Love the high ceilings in my 2br apartment as well. Rent payment is easy... as well. Martinique Bay is my first apartment experience and I consider myself very blessed to be able to stay here. I pray they don’t raise rent so I can renew my lease!
