It's a place to live and the rent prices are increasing faster than inflation. There is not much wiggle room on anything with the new management and that could be a good thing. All business. There are issues with ants and cockroaches - not cool. They bring in food trucks which is nice, and they have strict pool rules which reduces the nonsense. Is it worse than the next apartment complex? You decide.

Been here 5 years, just got new management and Darlene is already painting the building and ensuring the flowers look great! They were always dead
