The monthly rent is expensive compared to the location and facilities. The studio is very dry because the exhaust fan in the bathroom can't be turned off.

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or remove it. Our rental rates are highly competitive compared to the surrounding properties in the area, offering excellent value for the quality and amenities we provide.

Security and children being supervised would be nice. Gym is nice and office staff are friendly. Pretty clean except for people who don’t pick up after their pets.
