Living here is smooth sailing if you don’t need anything. I feel like the shooting was handled poorly (aka it was barely even addressed). Getting to use the EV chargers is a gamble too, which was a big reason we chose this community in the first place.

Still love living at the well everything so close by the amenities we have are great the staff is always so nice I enjoy living here I love that we get food trucks and that they always have activities

I really enjoy living at this community, and would like to keep living here as long as the rent meets my budget. I like the events that are held for everyone now and again.

Everything was going well until they got rid of the Casper service. I moved here in part because I thought it was so cool that you could just talk and the system would turn off the lights or open the windows shade for you. They took this away and replaced it with a new system that doesn't do any of this at all. Then they raised the rent prices. So it's not my favorite place anymore, and it's disappointing to see companies taking advantage of residents during hard economic times.
