One of my favorite houses that we own. This vast ranch sits on a huge walled lot in a very nice neighborhood of working professionals. Perfect home for the transient professional on temporarily assignment, travel nurses who want to share housing, or... a professional family in transition. The house has a pool, spa, large covered patio, four bedrooms, three full baths, three seating areas, six televisions, a large cooks kitchen with a 52" Subzero refrigerator and freezer, a subzero beverage refrigerator, 36" Range, Miele built in coffee station, Miele speed oven and Miele steam oven ( everything you need to prepare your culinary masterpiece), temperature controlled garage, RV pad with electrical hook up, garden setting back yard, trash and landscaping services provided. All utilities, included. No one may occupy the house that is not on the lease agreement. No smoking in the house, under the patio cover or under the front covering. There is an area on the side of the house designated for smoking. No illegal activity of any kind. The pool does not have a private safety gate. Therefore, this home is not considered safe for families with children under 12 years of age. Dogs allowed on a case by case basis. NO CATS - NO EXCEPTIONS. This is my second home and I am deathly allergic to cats. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. - strictly enforced in the neighborhood. RESPECT. Weekly gardening and pool maintenance included, trash service, electricity, propane included (as long as use falls under average usage for daily living). Use of spa included but it must be turned off after each use. It cannot be left on when not in use. Repeated offenses will result in the spa being locked out of usage. We provide an office with a desk, a printer and high speed internet. All tenants will be required to provide a copy of your valid government-issued ID. The rate is based on a 30 day minimum rental. If less than 30 days, a nightly rate of $450/night applies.
