EXCELLENT!!!
Love love loooove these apartments!! Compared to the past apartment I leased at, this place is great! It’s an oasis in this desert, which is a delight. Lots of green grass and trees. It’s quiet & clean. It’s also in a very good location, you’re smack dab in the middle of many stores. It‘s hard to find an apartment at this price in this location as well. Maintenance staff are very fast to respond to any issues you have in your unit. Office staff are very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The... units themselves are updated and cute. Will be renewing our lease this upcoming June.

Fresh Start in Sin City
I moved to Las Vegas from a very small town and Cabana Club Apartments has been the best bridge between small town and big city. Its a quiet community with lots of amenities (pools, hot tub, gym, business center) and its away from the hustle and bustle of LV commuters. One of the best parts is that everything you'd ever need is 5-10 minutes from the complex. I've had great experiences with the office and maintenance staff. When there's an issue they are quick to fix it. I'm so glad I chose... Cabana Club Apartments for my new home in sin city.

A Paradise on Paradise Road
Cabana Club is like living in a small paradise in the middle of the city. This gated community is unique because it has a great park-like environment with a lot of trees, grass and pathways to stroll, read, walk your dog or just relax. They have done a lot of upgrades around the property. The pool has a waterfall and comfy pool furniture to get a tan on and there’s a gym, sauna, and new business center. It is tucked-away yet super convenient to everything like Whole Foods Market, Town Center for... shopping, good restaurants, the airport, UNLV, and the 215- which is literally right around the corner. The management is nice and the maintenance team is quick! My apartment has a big kitchen with a pop-out kitchen window, a full size washer/dryer, walk-in closet, oversized tub, and a wood burning fireplace. This community’s environment and amenities make it a nice place to come home to.
