Not that bad

I moved here not too long ago but I'll go ahead and tell you the pros and cons so far about living here. There are a lot of close by outlets that you can walk to. the area is not far at all from a police station. the apartment complex has a dog park, and cleaning stations near the grass areas but people still don't pick up their dogs you know what.. swimming pool is nice but shallow not deep at all but its clean. gas grill cooking areas that you can use even some by the pools. Small gym that's... good if you want to do yoga or something. there is a problem with people smoking and not picking up their buds. Some of the management people you deal with are fake or don't communicate with each other which leads to some problems when trying to move in. but not all of them are like that. work orders / maintenance takes forever to get done still waiting on things to get fixed from moving in. also when I moved in, the house was for the most part clean but the blinds were caked with dust and dirt still trying to clean them. it just seemed like the previous owners stopped caring about cleaning. PARKING sometimes its hard to find a spot and sometimes i have to park in guest area. seems like the area needs more parking but where would they put it..... Neighbors seem to be mostly young usually keep to themselves but like the blast music or are just loud in general at random times. walls seem to be thin i guess... this is all I can think of for now overall its not that bad if you can deal with these little things hopefully they can fix some of it. if I can update this later I will.

Not as great as they look

The apartment complex looks GREAT on paper. The management is okay but a little fake and it took over a week to have a maintainence guy come out and take a look at an issue with my sink that ended up taking less than 5 minutes. On the positive side - no pest issues, the guard gate is great, the pool is beautiful with great cabanas and they have a great new media room they added. One negative thought they removed the private business center that was in there to put the media room and I did choose... this apartment in part because the business center was a feature I needed. They do have cute movie nights and car washes for residents which is nice!

Very nice!

Currently renting at Chandler Apartments in Las Vegas. In a 2 bed 2 bath. Paying $1200/month plus utilities. Very new complex, less than 3 years old. Very clean, very up to date in styling. Clubhouse is great, large pool area with cabanas. Very quiet and good tenants in the complex. Would definitely recommend.
