Micromanagement at it's finest...
My family chose this complex because from the outside it looked beautiful. Had resort type amenities and the apartment was laid out nicely. The staff seemed friendly and it was easy access to the 215.
In reality, this complex is beautiful, the apartments are well laid out, the staff tries to be friendly, but the rest is a hot mess.
The security staff to endlessly harasses tenants who are trying to enjoy the property. Even though they see you every single week and KNOW who you are, they will... demand you answer their questions and prove you belong. Even if this means getting out of the pool or a conversation you are in to show them.
Security makes up rules and demands you follow them or they will stand over you and harass you until you do - even though you show them those rules were never told to you or posted.
The office staff agrees to fix the issues with the harassing security but with every new guard, there's new issues. They spend more time harassing tenants than making sure the property is safe.
The ventilation system allow the smells from other apartments to come through which means that even though the property is non-smoking, you will smell weed all over your apartment if your neighbor is into that kind of thing...ours is and it's gross.
And finally, the cherry on top...they want your apartment at the end of your lease without regard to what you want, how long you've lived here or how well you pay your bills. That's just poor business practice! Break up the community and push out good tenants without offering them to stay. even with a rent increase. I have never in my years of real estate heard of such practices, but I hope it backfires on them. You know what you have and you are willing to take a chance on someone new who could be destructive, a slow payer, or worse.
We will likely live our year lease out and then move because there's no way I'm going to stay with the way they treat people here.

Terrible apartment
Lady at the front is terrible and doesn't want to help anything, no parking, gym sucks, just all around terrible.
