No respect here for your peace and quiet

Management does not care about they’re residents at all. You can complain to them over and over again and nothing is done. I loved it here at first but I can’t wait to be able to move. The building is old and not kepted up my neighbors upstairs are so loud and sound like they gonna fall thru the floor one day. I was told maintenance don’t fix floors here. The floors crack so loud upstairs you could hear every step they take up there.

DO NOT MOVE IN!!

These are the worst most nastiest apartments ever. Mold, roof leaking and tubs are disgusting! I do not i repeat do not recommend these apartments at all! Maintenance people don’t help all they do is drive around the apartments that’s it. Office ladies never wanna help you out! If I could rate these apartments I’m sure they would be on the negative side ! Mind you the roof almost fell on top of me.

Please don't be fooled like we were!

I was so grateful when we were approved for an apartment in September 2021. It was the only 3 bedroom available on short notice. I didn't even mind the large deposit. However, problems started day 1. The apartment was filthy when we got it. Drawers were broken, drains were compacted with grease and gnats. The tub and sink were not grouted properly, and there was clearly water damage under our kitchen sink (the smell... Yuck!) At first Maintenance would come out right away to address smaller... concerns, like the grouting. But whenever we reported major issues we were ignored or given mickey-mouse workarounds for the problem. AC motor going out? "Just give the unit a good smack to get it going again." Drains clogged out to the street? "Just open your drainage valve right by your front door and let the sewage water run down the sidewalk." Several water leaks from our upstairs neighbors never received dry-out services so there's mold and mildew growing on the ceiling. After a year of this, I went month- to-month (which increased my rent by $240, BTW). Now they don't even bother responding to my work orders. The pools are disgusting. The amenities are non-existent; no playground, no volleyball or basketball courts, no gym. All of that is false advertisement. The office is a ghost town. No one is ever there or ever responds to inquiries. We used to have 24 hour security at the gate but about 4 months ago that stopped, so anyone can drive in any time because the gates are wide open. Pigeons are everywhere. You will have drain flies because of the constant water issues. OH, the water issues! Yesterday our water was off for 14 hours. 14 hours! From before 7am to right after 9pm. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Today, our water was shut off AGAIN at 8pm. As of now, an hour later, it's still off. Once again, no explanations from the office or ER line when you call. And this happens CONSTANTLY. At least once a month. That isn't even an exaggeration. Also, while we've lived here, there have been 4am police raids, domestic disputes, and even one kidnapping/suicide... But to be fair, that's the quality of the residents and not the complex staff itself. So please, please, PLEASE avoid living here at all costs!

Do not risk your family's safety or well-being

This place is horrible. It doesn't even come close to resembling the pictures. The pools are always shut down. There is no longer a basketball, volleyball court, or tennis court. The BBQ area has been torn down. The outside is filthy with adults and kids throwing trash on the ground. They do not fix any repairs that are needed. They say they'll put in a work order, but if you call in a few days, they will tell you there is no work order. They will guarantee work will be completed by a certain... day, but no one ever comes to fix anything, even if they set a specific day and time to come. Faucets and toilets all leak and run which is a big concern for our valley. It is barely safe to be outside during the day, but do not dare going out at night. It is full of gang members and drug dealers, as well as crazy people on drugs all over. I have seen the police in here every single day, sometimes several times a day, and I don't even go outside often...just to handle everyday business like going to and from work, taking or picking kids up from school, going to the grocery store, etc. I do not get scared easily, however unless you are into illegal and/or dangerous activities, I do NOT recommend moving here. I could go on and on more, however I think you should get a pretty good understanding by what I have written.
