We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied living in our apartment community. How can we make your experience a better one? We strive in keeping a beautiful and clean apartment community and happy residents. Yes, we are close to the strip, one... block away. We do offer a washer and dryer in each of our spacious apartment homes. Although I'd like to clarify that there are no grandfathered policies, we follow all fair housing guidelines and we abide by the rules and regulations provided by our industry. Although we do have residents that have been living in our community for over 30 years, they are treated fair and equally as the new residents moving in. Regarding unwanted bugs, we do offer pest control services, please stop by our leasing office to put in a request, we are open 7 days a week. Our community is gated but we are in a metropolitan area and cannot provide security and assurances from unwelcome trespassers. Just as you would any shopping mall or public place, please lock your doors and windows when not present. We hope that we can change your mind about our community as we treasure all of our residents.
