A HIDDEN GEM IN THE DESERT
I received a job offer and had to move my entire life to Las Vegas within 72 hours. When I got to town I had to find a place fast. The manager Ann was so amazing she made the whole process so stress free. she went above and beyond just getting me moved in, but helped me to find things like the local utility companies, places to eat and things to do. I come from the San Francisco Bay Area where you have to put a first, last, and a hefty security deposit. Not with Sahara view apartments and that... made all the unexpected costs of moving to a new state that much more affordable. All the units are freshly remodeled which was great because I hate moving into a new place and getting all the bad smells from the old tenants especially when it’s smoke, but not here, nothing but freshly painted walls, new countertops, and new modern appliances. Parking was another plus, There was plenty of it and all the other tenants were vary courteous.I worked in a vary physical demanding job so after a long hot day of work jumping in the pool to cool off or soaking in the hot tub was awesome. It’s a gated complex witch is nice because I didn’t have to worry about strangers trying to break into my car witch was sometimes filled with work tools. Edd the maintenance guy is one of the coolest guys I know. He was always on time, professional and got the job done write.Dennis is another manager on site, I would always see him when I would be heading to do my laundry or pick up my mail. He was always super friendly and enjoyed getting to know the tenants personally. To sum it all up I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Ann, Edd, and Dennis are a dream team to work with and they treat you like family not a tenant.

Loyalty at its finest
I have been at Sahara View since 2015 and I love it ! It’s quiet, the upgrade are comparable with any of the new complexes in the city, the management team Dennis and Ann are amazing ! They really cater to the tenants, any issue that comes up they are on it pronto, Ed is great at keeping everything in order When my daughter needed a apartment Ann was quick and efficient, and now I have my mom here, 3 generations at Shara view and no worries. It is gated and safe Close to stores and... transportation!! Easy peasy.

Cute Apartment w/ Excellent Management
I've lived here as a single female for over 2 years and this place is a gem! The area is quiet, the neighbors are courteous, and Anne/Dennis are super nice and on top of it! Anne actually lives on site and is easy to reach by phone/text and any issues are quickly dealt with. Never had any outages or plumbing issues or pests whatsoever. Parking spaces are sufficient. The apartment itself is very cozy and clean with some modern touches. My favorite parts are: gated entrance, instant hot water,... filtered water/RO faucet, ice maker, bathroom storage, and the central location. The area is not the best, but I've never had any problems myself. This place is an excellent value, highly recommended!
